Went there once – huge place, with a vast open floor… and that’s about it. By happenstance, we happened to meet ___, the owner and he escorted us upstairs to the VIP area 100% gratis. Unfortuantely that put us well outside of the range of Gwars weaponry, but at the same time, it provided a safe place for my 9 year old godson to see the spectacle of Gwar in its entirety. Will definitely return there.
From what i understand, there is also a smaller downstairs club to host the smaller bands which is great. Music scenes can’t build up if the only gigs that bands can get are 20 minute opening sets that everyone will yawn through while they wait for the main act. Smaller spaces let those bands play for their friends and dedicated fans while they still build their following.
